41 Ross & the Chinese Culture Center is thrilled to partner with the "Great AAPI Elder Print Off" to showcase a series of posters made collaboratively by AAPI artists and AAPI elders. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic and the rise of anti-Asian hate, the "Great AAPI Elder’s Print-Off” represents the voice, activism, and imagination of the AAPI community.
The “Great AAPI Elder Print Off '' is a creative initiative by For You Productions, a collective formed by artists Erika Chong Shuch and Ryan Tacata. This nationwide project paired a group of AAPI artists with AAPI elders to create homemade activist posters that amplify the voices of the community. The project is ongoing and invites the broader public to print, install, and engage with these posters.
